2025. I rescued these scraps from bin and then I used them to create a new kind of landfill. Something more organized, more constructed.
Many of the papers in this journal are dyed by rust, an artistic process which reminds me of what happens when police and city officials sweep unhoused people from encampments, how belongings and papers get taltered up and destroyed.
I hope this book inspires its collector to imagine better worlds and better ways of doing things.
